deplorably , the situation is not go to change because Apple ’s platform is where all the money is . This is Apple ’s literal monopoly , a monopoly on developers . If you ’re a developer and you want to get paid for your oeuvre , you kind of have to be on iOS ( sure , there are exception , but this is more reliable than not ) . The E.U. has taken a lot of footmark to direct this . We can argue about whether or not they ’re thebestmoves , but they are moves that attempt to address the actual problem . The U.S. Department of Justice suit against Apple , however , does n’t come up to this problem at all .
Despite Apple ’s contentions , however , making these flaws public does actually bring , at least sometimes . So , there ’s that . Still , if the rejection must continue until morale improves , can they at least be consistent ?
