We saw something new on this MacMania voyage Thursday — sunlight ! While the weather this tripper has never really been bad ( except for some strong malarkey ) , we ’ve been accompanied by a perpetual gray background . Not only does this make the scenery less interesting , it makes it really toilsome to get prissy out-of-door photos — a flat hoar backdrop may be dear for portraits , but it ’s not the most visually stunning matter to see behind a tidy sum range .
fit in to a Ketchikan local , the town averages more than 300 nebulous days a year , so we were quite prosperous to have only partly - murky gloomy skies . Our arrest here , unfortunately , was brief — we arrived at 7:00 a.m. and push forth from the dock flop around 1:00 p.m. for the farseeing trek down to Victoria , British Columbia .
