Adam had n’t gotten his shipping notification and trailing number from Apple yet , either . But thanks to UPS ’s My Choice service , he was capable to see that a lading was headed for his address , and get the tracking number that way .

First , go to UPS.com . In the cyan navigation barroom along the top , brood over Tracking and select Access UPS My Choice . Then take care for the big yellowness Continue push under the call to “ Become a member today . ” I did n’t even have a UPS explanation , but signing up for one only take a hour , even though every minute palpate like forever when you ’re waiting to find outwhat is up with your Apple Watch , seriously.(Yeah , I ’m impatient too . ) UPS will mail a check to your phone that you have to typewrite into your browser app to finish the signup process .
OK , I ’m in . No packages . But hold off …
The next screen you see once you ’re recruit and access is My Delivery Planner , which is a calendar showing all approaching shipments to your address . I did n’t see anything from Apple right away . ( So I also went and signed up for FedEx ’s similar InSight Robert William Service , just in case — my 12 - column inch MacBook was give birth by FedEx just last week . )
But then as I keep refreshen my Gmail account over and over ( and over ! ) hoping to see a shipment notification from Apple — or anybody — lo and behold , there it was : an email from UPS apprise me of a package get in tomorrow . From Apple . The email had a material tracking number , and even a estimated reaching windowpane : Between 11:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. , in my case .
YES ! Now we ’re mouth .
