I like enceinte headphone and I can not lie , and I really like the sizing of theiPhone 14 Pro Max . I do n’t necessarily require it to be bigger but if I did , I ’d have to wrick to one of the fold Android earpiece , which are the only handsets bigger than the Pro Max ’s 6.7 - column inch presentation . I ’m not interested .

Once I tapped the icons and entered a code to make the whole matter work , Try Galaxy slipped into its Fold UI – it was for certain a stumble to see it on two iPhones .
Do n’t ask to get the full Galaxy Fold experience , however . The simulation is confine to a few demos , and you ca n’t do any of the more mundane thing you ’d do on a earphone , like adjust options , make a call , or send texts in brassy greenish bubble . Plus there ’s a pretty gravid gap between the two phones which obviously is n’t an issue on the Galaxy Fold .
Unleashing the Fold: Air Hockey
Maybe two - player gaming is the Fold ’s Orcinus orca app . I have in mind , who ca n’t see the appeal of two masses hunch over over a small covert to play air hockey ? I ca n’t . But I ’ll accommodate that the gameplay over the two iPhones was cool .
Unleashing the Fold: Multi-Tasking
The multi - tasking demo necessitate dragging a picture from one screen to a text subject matter on the other . It was a niggling cunning , mostly because the iPhones do n’t sit level on a table , plus they ’re disjoined machine , so dragging and drop from one blind to another is n’t as smooth … as it would be on a folding phone .
Unleashing the Fold: Immersive View
The last demonstration is the Immersive View , where a video plays across the two screens . It ’s a courteous picture if you may get over the gigantic seam that lie down in the middle . ( Now , the creese in the Galaxy Z Fold 5 is n’t like the one you could see here , but according to reviews , it is detectable . This seems like a ecumenical problem that is n’t going to be completely fixed anytime soon . )
Taking the fold into my own hands
The whole experience is incomplete , though . I wanted to fuck what it ’s like to hold a foldable phone in my hand . So I take the experience one step further and I tap the two iPhones together to create a “ hinge . ”
Then I folded my folding iPhone and put it in my air hole and my drawstring trouser cut down down . After pulling my knickers back up from around my knees , I take out and give my folded phone and did the Try Galaxy demo again . And my impressions of the Galaxy Fold did n’t change .
Yeah , I know that a foldable phone is engineered to be foldaway and thinner than two iPhones taped together but it ’s actually pretty close ( 13.4 millimeter for the Galaxy Fold and 15.5 mm for the two iPhones ) . And it was thick enough to make me want the whole thing to be over .
What did I study , overall ? I ’ve been using an iPhone since the kickoff , and while Samsung ’s Try Galaxy demonstration was done well , I ’m not trade to Android , and I ’m not convinced I need a foldable phone whether it ’s Io or Android . The demonstration did n’t do enough to convert me and dare I say , that makes meyoung at essence . Also , I probably should n’t wear drawstring pants .
