The Danish Consumer Complaints Board has release evidence of a manufacturing mar result in power failures in some of Apple ’s iBook G4 notebook computer computers . The board has already ordered the company to refund one Danish client , and expects its findings to tempt cases elsewhere , a spokesman said on Friday .
After receiving ten complaints from iBook owners that their machines would no longer set off up , the circuit board commissioned a elaborate sketch of four complaint encounter between April and November 2006 , including a microscopic examination of the faulty automobile ’ motherboards .

Apple has no obligation to abide by with the control panel ’s ordering to repay the customer ’s money , but “ If they do n’t accept our opinion , we will help the customer Eugene Sue Apple , ” Navne said .
Apple would be well - advised to settle out of court because “ We have something like a 100 percent achiever rate in our court slip , ” he warned .
Although Apple has so far refused to acknowledge this mar in the iBook G4s , it has owned up to fabrication job in the past .
