Bloomberg reports that Apple hasfiled a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission(ITC ) , seeking to block the imports of tablet and smartphones made by Samsung . The move derive a week afterSamsung filed a similar complaint , attempting to obstruct the import of Apple ’s peregrine electronics gadget .

The full text of Apple ’s ailment , pass on to the ITC on Tuesday , was not available as of this writing , but if the commission does agree to look into , a full hearing would likely be held anywhere from 15 to 18 month from now .

Indeed , Apple reportedly is already looking at lurch some of its central processor production away from Samsung to alternate vendors .

So where does this latest move impart us ?
